Getting started

Set up Stripe Sync in a few minutes: install, connect Stripe, map products, import your history.

1. Install from the HubSpot Marketplace

Install AmpDeck Stripe Sync from the HubSpot Marketplace. You need admin rights in the HubSpot portal you're installing into. OAuth is the only authorization step on the HubSpot side.

2. Open the dashboard and start the trial

After install you land on the app dashboard. Every new install starts with a 30-day free trial (card required — see Plans & billing).

3. Connect Stripe

Click Connect Stripe and authorize the connection with your Stripe account. Read-only plus the specific write actions the app offers (checkout links, pause/cancel, refunds) — nothing broader.

4. Map your products

Stripe Sync maps one Stripe Price = one HubSpot Product. During setup the wizard walks your catalog and, for each Price, offers to link an existing HubSpot Product or create one. Unmapped Prices queue up in the product pending queue until you decide.

5. Import your history

Start the historical import. Existing subscriptions, invoices and payments are brought over in the background — you can close the tab; the import resumes on its own and the dashboard shows progress.

Where things land

• Contacts — customer billing state and a subscription sidebar card.
• Deals — bookings recorded as they happened (immutable) plus ongoing delta updates.
• Companies — rollups (MRR, churn, payment health) across the company's contacts.
