Trial

Every new install starts with a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required at trial start but nothing is charged until the trial converts. The dashboard shows days remaining.

Cancellation & the grace window

• Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• After that, a short grace window keeps data flowing read-only while you decide; syncing pauses after it.
• Re-subscribe at any point: your data and mappings are where you left them.

Customer Portal

The in-app Customer Portal (powered by Stripe) lets you:

• update your card,
• download invoices,
• cancel the subscription.

Access it from Settings → Billing in the dashboard.
