Company rollups
For B2B teams: each HubSpot Company gets aggregate billing health across all of its contacts' subscriptions.
What rolls up
- MRR — active subscription revenue across the company's billing contacts, normalized to your canonical interval (monthly by default).
- Churn — canceled subscriptions and lost MRR over the window.
- Payment health — failed payments, open disputes, recent refunds.
- Subscription counts by state (active / past due / paused / canceled).
All of it shows on the Company sidebar card and in the dashboard's company views.
How contacts attach
Rollups follow the Contact → Company association in HubSpot. Nothing is inferred from email domains or names — if a billing contact isn't associated with a company, their subscription doesn't count in any rollup. Associate the contact and the numbers update.
This is deliberate: association is the one source of truth HubSpot admins already control, and domain-guessing produces wrong rollups (personal email domains, shared domains like gmail.com).
Freshness
Rollups are recomputed:
- on every billing event affecting one of the company's subscriptions (payment, refund, dispute, state change), and
- daily, by a reconciliation pass that also repairs rollups when associations changed during the day.
So the numbers match Stripe even if someone re-associated contacts hours ago.
Common questions
A subscription is missing from the rollup. Check that the subscription's contact is associated with the company, and that the contact isn't marked ignored in the dashboard.
MRR looks lower than Stripe. Canceled and paused subscriptions don't count toward MRR; trials do. Refunds subtract from payment health, not MRR.
