Settings

Dashboard → Settings (admin only) — the knobs that control how Stripe Sync writes to your HubSpot.

Deal creation

  • Create subscription Deals (default on) — mirror Stripe subscriptions as Deals in the Subscriptions pipeline. Turning this off stops Deal + line-item creation (sidebar cards keep working).
  • Create delta Deals (default on) — record subscription changes (upgrades/downgrades, pauses, cancels) as Deals in the Subscription Changes pipeline. Independent of the toggle above: keep baseline deals but silence change history, or vice versa.

Pipelines

The two pipelines (Subscriptions + Subscription Changes) are provisioned at install, with Closed Won stages. Deactivate a pipeline in HubSpot and the toggle above stops writing — Stripe Sync never re-creates a pipeline you removed.

Product mapping

  • Auto-link products by name (default off) — a new Stripe Product matching exactly one HubSpot Product by name links automatically instead of landing in the pending queue.
  • Auto-create products (default off) — unmapped Stripe Products create matching HubSpot Products automatically.
  • Propagate product renames (default off) — Stripe Product renames mirror to linked HubSpot Products.

See Product catalog mapping for behavior details.

Sync defaults

  • Default subscription sync statesynced (recommended) or pending for shops that want manual review of every new subscription before it lands.

Billing

Settings → Billing opens the Stripe Customer Portal (manage card, download invoices, cancel). See Plans & billing.

Changing settings

Settings changes apply to new events going forward — they never rewrite history (see Core concepts). Every change is audit-logged with the acting admin.
